CLS settings, but I use the flash compensation and tweak it often, so I guess it's quasi-manual? I also tweak my EV on the camera a little. That's about it.
I really want to get a SB600 to used with my D200 (now that I have a body with CLS commander built in).
I've heard it is kind of a pain to use in daylight as the sensor doesn't always see the on camera flash. Do you ever have the same issue or does the 70-300 take care of making sure the flash is in front of you?
