New Cheap Dolly Track

you mean a wheel channel like the centipede one? im not sure what you mean about the channel. we havent really considered anything like it because our market doesnt really have a matthews or similar dolly in general to ride on it. sorry though cant hire you, we only work with independent contractors. :) however, a good design always has its buyers...

the wheels on the centipede dont actually rotate independently. they are actually just like our 32 wheel one foot kits, but each 8 wheel cluster rotates independently. it needs a 10' diameter curve to let the wheels turn without kinking. when we eventually release the curved track kits ours will be pretty much an equivilent sans the wheel channels.

as far as bending the tubing in a machine shop they would need a pretty large bender but it should work fine. sounds like your into making good solutions. you should check out the red camera contest. :)

i was wondering if they were going to crew-up and actually finish that.

i was part of the "1st crew" i'm sure you've heard about...

how did the rest of production go?...

Hey Elie,

The first crew huh, I heard about you. ;) kidding

Well, when I came on they only had 10 days left to wrap. I think Antony got some help recruiting a new team from his friend Craig Lister. Everything seemed to run pretty smooth once everyone found their places. Overall a very good experience for me.

Hey Neil I'll look into that. Thanks for the heads up.
