I know there is more buzz around new 600D and 1100D but other cameras catched my interest this time.
I own Ixus 120 which is very small and handy point and shoot camera which shoots very nice 720p videos and I really like it. Since they are using h264 codec everybody is surprised how good quality HD videos I have from yesterdays party
But now with new models IXUS 115 HS, IXUS 220 HS, IXUS 310 HS they added 1080p 24fps mode and hi-speed at 240 fps/ 320 x 240 or 120 fps/ 640x480!
Well it looks like good trend to have all this stuff packed in the size of a thick credit card in your pocket everything you go. We live in good times.

... and when you consider that u can tweak these cameras with some code from SD cards (I don't remember that link now) so they can shoot in RAW, work like timlapse timers, automatically take picture if they recognize any movement or you can unlock recording time restrictions, play simple games on lcd, etc etc
So now I'm only waiting when GoPro will rise their bitrates ... and somebody finally makes that 3K raw camera for $ 3K
