New camera support business ?

I do not know if this is the right place to post this ...

I've been thinking for some time about the amount of products for cameras, such as follow focus, matte box, shoulder mount, etc ...

I'm thinking of starting a new business by developing these products, but not sure where to start !?!

I have ideas to develop products with the same quality of redrock Zacuto, I'm also looking for electronics components like remote follow focus, motion control, cable cam.

My focus is HDSLR cameras at the moment.

Hi Matt,

Well, we are on the same side. I already had few designs myself, remote follow focus, remote pan-tilt-roll head, crane, dolly.
Now i want to design 6 meter motion control system with 8 axis.

what i think is most wanted now are camera rigs, matte box, viewfinders.

maybe some simple camera rig with follow focus, mattebox, viewfinder and shoulder support.
i have access to CNC and i would start the same this days.

I am now into aluminium dying (mostly red and black)

Be carefull, prices down!!!
