New Business Logo

Hey, I've been using this logo for business cards and such - just wondering what people's opinions of it might be. It's very simple. I'm working on making politically/socially-oriented documentaries and was going for a guerilla/military feel. The online image has some artifacting and noise, but it looks super-clean in print (noise and resolution-wise anyway.) Since my website SUCKS - it's some prefab cut-and-paste-do-it-yourself-even-if-you're-a-moron type of website - I can't link directly to the image. But if you click on the link below then click on the bottom-left blank red tab under "contact" you'll see it. Also, the website isn't video or film related, it's oldish artwork - feel free to ridicule.

Also the name of the company "agitproductions" is a play on the word "agitprop" meaning propaganda hidden in art (has roots in soviet era). So, I'm sure many will hate the name - it's a bit awkward, I know, but I'm keeping it for now. Thanks for any input.

UPDATE: If anyone's interested, there's a super-short video piece I did. Click on "gallery II" then on the bottom-left thumbnail of Al Michaels with "video file" written on its head. Kind of a stupid-quickie piece but I like it.

Looks OK for what you're going for, but the font for agitproductions doesn't look right.

Something like the ones here might work better:

Agreed, Pookie. Finding the right font has been suprisingly annoying. Thanks for the link. I tried some Russian fonts for the main title, but it just looked too stylized, too cutsie. I settled for just putting "digital films" in a faux russian font and keeping the main name simple. Still needs work, though.

Was that at all inspired by Kai's DVXuser T-shirt illustratioon?

Nope. Have I unintentionally ganked someone's design? Is there a link to the t-shirt?
