New Brevis Packages at Cinevate

For those of you waiting, we've completely redone our Brevis packages to include flipped, or non-flipped options. The choices have been simplified greatly, and our outstanding solid carbon rails system/new quick-release Brevis-to-rails mounts can be added in during ordering for bundled pricing.

All packages and configurations still ship in a Pelican case, and include our smart charger/AC adapter, as well as any required keys etc. The micro-adjusting lens mounts, interchangeable imaging elements and camera-centering fine adjust remain standard, as does the ability to use anything from the little HV20 to the JVC HD200 with frame widths in excess of the 35mm standard, and virtually zero vignetting...even with f3.5 zoom lenses! We're just getting started on an eight part series (shot in HD) which will be included on DVD, and for early adopters, available via the web.

You'll find our flip module up in the catalog for general ordering at $554 USD. This super-cool unit is light efficient to the point that you won't see the difference without a scope! Our brand new 72mm HD achromat is removable, like the non-flip version, for use as a very high quality macro "filter"! The Cinevate logo is CNC machined right in to the mass-optimized optics housing. Dust infiltration to the internals is impossible...with the exposed exit/entrance surfaces the only thing to ever clean. Combined with the Brevis, total weight is 2.3 lbs...likely the lightest system on the planet!

Our new facility features a dedicated video support studio for live visual support where required, and you'll find Hubert Den Draak standing by via phone/email to answer questions/provide support in English, Dutch, German and French!

Looks good Dennis.
Can I dare a suggestion: make a catalogue based on popular cameras. e.g. HVX, DVX, HV20, JVCs HD100/200, A1, EX1.
That way when I own a HVX I get the 82-72 stepdown already included and so on. Would make it easier for "both of us".

We thought about the ordering process quite a bit in making the new packages. That said, the easier thing is to just add the option for "fit kit's" during the ordering process for the most popular cams. It's a good suggestion, and I do believe we'll implement it!

For the multitude of you who took advantage of our reservation/pre-flip offer (and saved over 20% on the flip module!), some good news in that our lead time of 3 weeks is down to less than 2...possibly sooner for overnight delivery via fedex.

Cheers :-)
