New 15mm clamps

Just wanted others to know about theses aluminum clamps that I recently bought (15mm) for my articulating arms - monitors. Picked up four of them for a great deal through this site. Professional quality and very good prices to say the least compared to other professional companies out there charging triple. Not sure if you heard of them...but they also sell battery plates and batteries for very reasonable prices too. Good find.

Just wanted to pass this site on. I was quite impressed by the fast e-mail response (within 1 hr) and very fast shipping to me here in L.A within 2-3 days. Dang!!! Nice.

I didn't buy their clamps but their LP-E6 plate. Great product. Super fast shipping. Next time around, I will. Didn't need any 15mm clamps at the moment.
Boy, I wish I knew about them before. I feel I've been cheated by those other companies.
 
I'm new here..but I wanted to say the same thing. I bought the 2-pack. So far, so good!!!

It was hard to believe how fast it was shipped out...it was the end of the day on a Friday...I got it on Monday morning.

Thinking of buying the aluminum knobs to switch out those cheap plastic ones that so many companies are now using.
 
Other companies are "charging triple" because their designs are much more complex to machine, not 'cause they're making massive profits.

Good for these guys for coming up with a super simple, effective design.

How much more "Complex" are their designs to this one? Is that what you believe? These are machined like other companies the same way. Theses aren't plastic, they are Aluminum all the way through.

First, read my second paragraph. I was complementing, not criticizing, this effective design.

I wasn't saying they were plastic. I was explaining that the complexity of programming the CNC machine, and to a lesser extent how much machine time is taken up running those operations, have a great effect on a part's price. Production cost of this part would be much lower than the very complex shape of, for example, a Redrock microMount.

Redrock is probably making a higher profit per part than these guys, but probably not nearly as much higher as people think.

Actually, they are not. The set price is only with screw. You have to select the option, if you want a KNOB and that price is more. MG1 Concepts comes with Aluminum anodized Knob & black screw and its still the cheapest option. Even if you buy one or if you buy like the 4-pack...you save quite a bit on the package deal.
