Netflix streamed movies ?

Anybody use Netflix that can report on what the streaming downloadable movies are like? I think you need to use their proprietary player for windows to stream movies, right? Do you see that player software on the TV, or just the movie, when streaming downloadable netflix movies? Is their often lagging (stop and go) during the download, or can you say buffer it for a half hour before clicking play, etc? I use Blockbuster, just switched to only by mail, thinking of switching over to Netflix to get those unlimited movie downloads.

You can only watch movies under IE on Windows. There isn't a player to install though.

You can full screen just fine without other stuff hanging around on the edges. It's FAST and the quality depends on your connection speed, which it figures out before the movie plays. When I'm on hardwire Ethernet, it is very good. I wouldn't watch movies that I really-really want to dissect on it, but TV shows and everything else is fine for me. I have never seen it ported to a TV, but I would imagine it would look much better, especially if it was a CRT as then tend to hide some blockyness (not that there is a lot though.)

It can only be viewed on Windows XP or higher on IE 6 or higher. Just keep jumping through the hoops :) There are some real zingers available to watch though, like Razor McNasty. That had to be the worst movie I had ever seen, on every level... but it was like a train wreck, I couldn't stop watching it. That was rated 2 stars, and there were still two pages of movies rated even lower.
