netflix login error?

playstation login won't work.

i go to the computer and try to login. i get this message: The login information you entered does not match an account in our records. Remember, your email address is not case-sensitive, but passwords are.

i go to my email and change the password.

it takes me to my account. i click on a movie to stream. that takes me back to the sign in screen.

does anyone know what to do?
 
It's been giving me the same issue for about 5 days now. I have no idea. For some strange reason, it keeps me logged in on safari, but won't let me login on firefox. Keeps me logged in on my blu-ray player too, so I haven't spent much time trying to fix it.
 
just tried calling netflix. it said they are experiencing higher than normal call volume. please try again later.

so basically i can't get in contact with anyone to fix the problem.

now i'm getting angry.
 
I think it started when they announced prices going up. Could be an overload of people trying to cancel/change their membership. It booted me when I tried to go to "my account" to do that very thing. I clicked on the link in the email to change passwords>changed it, and it let me stay in, but only in safari.
 
Yep, can't sign in- " higher than normal call volume than when we're not f8cking up" message on the phone.

Could this be part of the "new subscription plans?" DVD, Streaming, Both, or Nothing???
 
it's back up now, but that was brutal. i had to watch the kids by myself without the help of madeline and strawberry shortcake.
 
okay, now it's getting crazy. i can't stream movies again, but that's not the worst part.

i login and it says the shipping address may not be valid. (it hasn't changed)

i then get this email saying that the dvds they shipped were undeliverable. but i'm not supposed to get any dvds! i already have two out.

and the dvds they supposedly sent weren't even in my queue!

what the hell is going on here?
 
i called the people at netflix and they had no idea why it happened. some sort of weird fluke with the system i guess. it set up a hold on the account, but they cleared it and it's working again. fingers crossed.
 
Don't worry guys! It's going to be okay! Netflix just hired Reddit's old chief architect! Netflix will now become more reliable* than ever.
