Netflix Instant Watch: What are you watching?

good thread idea!

i finally watched Spygame for the first time. damm fine movie. didn't really feel too dated at all, for being almost 10 years old.

This has been mentioned here before, but Timecrimes in the most precious gem I've found on Instant View.

Transsiberian is a fun one, with Woody Harrelson.

Tell No One is a fantastic French thriller.

Sin Nombre is a touching Latino thriller.

Dead Snow is a fun Scandinavian Zombie indie.

Continuing with the Scandinavian theme, The Virgin Spring is a lesser-known gem from Bergman.

I've got a thing for Kate Winslet, so I thoroughly enjoyed Holy Smoke and Hideous Kinky

And the most interesting thing I've seen in a very long time, STRANDED: I've Come from a Plane that Crashed in the Mountains - just an amazing true story!

And in case you've never seen Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (possibly my fav film of all time), and Memento are on there - those are MUST SEE movies!!!

Watched all 5 available streaming seasons of LOST in about two months. Then, of course, I had to buy season 6 to finish it off.

Just watched "Kidulthood" enjoyed it very much. Think the movie "Kids" but a UK version, but this one was more powerful in my opinion.

What took me so long to do this??? Best thing ever, have watched Exit Through The Gift Shop and Restrepo so far.

Alternating between 30Rock s4 and Sarah Connor Chronicles s2. 30Rock is bite-sized happiness, while SCC is just atrocious, but the completist in me needs to digest everything Terminator.

"Let The Right One In"

I agree.. I saw this gem of a movie when I was working over in Europe a couple years ago. Probably my all time favorite Vampire movie... I got hold of the DVD and lent it to my friends and family. Everyone absolutely loved it. Now just recently Hollywood had to ruin it and do an Americanized version of it... Note to the Hollywood Egotists... It didn't need no stinkin' Americanized version..

Twilight? Oh the kids these days... yawn... Nothing but a big budget soap opera... I wasn't impressed...

So I got a blu ray player for xmas yesterday with netflix built in. (I was using a Wii before)
I wanted to up the quality in picture. Question for you guys, I'm hearing a few different stories.

Does anyone here stream to their tv in surround?
I'm hearing the only unit that can do it is the ps3 (and only as of a firmware update a couple months ago)
and all other units are strictly stereo streaming.

Confirm?
