Are neoscene and neoHD the same, because I can get a copy of neoHD for free and I have to 130 for neoscene.
What I want to do is take my HMC150 AVCHD footage that I have recorded in 720 6p and convert it to a 720 30p avi. Can I do this in NeoHD? Should I dish out the cash on neohd? IS there a better or cheaper alternative or is this my best bet?
