Need your help on pricing for making of DVD's

I have of course done DVD's for clients for weddings, webmercials and some others but this will be my first making a DVD for a 2 day seminar that I shot.
My question is, For doing the editing and After Effects intros and maybe some inbetween, How much would you charge for editing, after effects, and making about (50) 3-5 pack DVD sets? The raw footages are about 10 hours from 2 different angles of cameras. If you can give me retail then also what you would charge...It would be awesome and help me out. I am thinking at least over $2500. Let me know. Thanks

Hard to say, but from what I read here, editing wouldn't be under 1000$, based on typical wedding costs. Add that After Effects work requires some skills and there's not a bunch of people that can do it, so another 1000$ easily and finally you'll be making the DVD in package sets...I think you're pricing is good, but it's always hard to tell. Depending on how the work requires the amount of work you'll put into it, it can be well paid to not so much...

Yea, I figured around that much and maybe anywhere to about $3800. I appreciate your input. Thank you again and Happy Holidays.

You must consult with the professional person then i am sure about the price.
I hope, you will contact with the professional person to settle the good price for the client.
