Need very short jib

I’m looking for source for a jib with Only a 1.5 to 2 foot reach. I’d like to use it on a doorway dolly. . It has to be rock solid, no travel jibs. It needs to support a fully kitted F3 or Ursa

Too bad travel jibs are off your list.

One of my favorite small jibs is the Losmandy Porta-Jib Traveller.
It's rock solid, and I have used it in compact mode many times mounted to my Dana Dolly.

Thanks for the ideas. I was thinking of even cutting down my Miller jib, I don’t think anyone actually makes one that’s only 2 foot reach

The Junior Jib from EZFX is slightly longer: 3 feet.

GFM (Grip Factory Munich) makes the Baby-Jib (1 foot 6 inches) and the Mini-Jib (2 feet 10 inches). They seem to be very solid.

I had a shoot across the arctic a couple years ago where space was limited but I need a jib to shoot art. I had Glideshot make me a jib that fit in my lighting case. it was 34" i believe but very solid build. Not the most elegant piece of kit, very basic but it certainly did the job well. I sold it at the end of the project. Not sure if the are still in business but there are probably some around used for not much.

Buy the Glideshot (or similar) and cut it down to size. If you can't do it, a local fab shop can do it really quick and easy; two saw cuts and 4 drilled holes.
