Need Value for Oconnor Ultimate DV Head

I may have an insurance claim involving an Oconnor DV head. I probably cost around $3000 new. I need a way to put a value on it as it is around 20 years old and I have no receipt. I've looked for closed ebay sales but found nothing. I've also searched the internet for pricing of any sort. No luck. If anyone has a receipt for a Oconnor DV head, I'd appreciate you sending it my way. Glen-at-KPSR dot com. Thanks.

If it's a 'replacement cost' policy and you're planning on replacing it, I'd find the closest spec'd currently available head and try to submit based off of that.

Looking on the bright side, if it is 'replacement cost', you may end up with a new 1030D as that is the closest thing that they currently make(~$6500).

I need documentation. Something from a legitimate web site or a closed ebay sale or really anything that looks legitimate. My claim will be with the USPS which I used to ship the head with insurance. I have emails in to Oconner and an independent repair shop that also sells heads.
