The fluid head basically snapped off today and I need some advice on how to go about repairing it. I'm pretty sure the tripod has a 10 year warranty but for some reason the Tiffen person told me I needed to contact them by phone and order the parts individually. Problem is- I'm not really sure what parts I need. I was wondering if somebody could help me figure out which parts I would need.

I think the screw on the Tripod Leg might be broken but I can't tell. The inside of the fluid head seems to have been chipped somehow but I wouldn't know what to call that piece. A part of the inside of the fluid head landed out (http://i.imgur.com/pyeS8.jpg).
Anyway, I could use some advice on how to proceed.
