Need to update iPhone4 to iOS 4.3 but how?

My updated Sony Action Cams now recquire iOS 4.3 for wifi. Unfortunately my iPhone 4 is still on iOS 4.2.6. Looks like it's mandatory to jump all the way to iOS 7 which is reportedly plagued with problems. Is there any way to update it to someting older than 7? I really only NEED 4.3??

I dunno, but I have a 4s and would strongly recommend don't install iOS 7. It is horrible for the 4 series., IMO.

Im in looking for a replacement phone now, I hate it so much.
