Need to purchase Nikon lens for Letus Extreme for my wife's birthday please help!

I know little or nothing about what I am about to ask and I hope someone can help me. My wife is a filmmaker and she just got a Letus Extreme for her HVX. I want to purchase a couple of Nikon lenses for her birthday. With what I have been able to figure out by doing some INTERNET research and knowing what she already has I need to purchase two wider angle lenses. 55MM or smaller. She has an 85MM and other telephoto lenses now she needs the others. What two would you recommend. They have to be Nikon because that's what here connection to the Letus is. I looked at a Nikon 55mm f1.4 and it seemed like like one I need but there seems to be several different types. I know this site is probably for more experienced people but I hope someone can help. Thanks.

Most of the lenses I looked at where $300-$450 each and that is fine much more would be difficult unless you felt it made more sense to spend more and just get one better lense.
 
That price range would dictate used manual Pro lenses if you want to get her quality...eithera 50mm/1.4 or 35mm/1.8 would be the next logical additions...try ebay...I've gotten lucky there
