If you could export it into an Avi file and open it in quicktime
- you could export it as a image sequence and set it to every so and so frames

TJIsACoolGuy made a post (http://www.dvxuser.com/V3/showthread.php?t=32035&highlight=uprez) detailing how to recreate Disjecta's uprez technique in Vegas. Part of the process is using the free FrameServe Plugin and the free tool VirtualDub to export footage as a sequence of images. Here is the pertinent section for what you want:

Use the free Frame-serve plugin (http://www.debugmode.com/frameserver/) to frameserve your files to virtual-dub (http://www.virtualdub.org/). This is not hard if you have never frameserved. Simply install the frameserve plugin, and simply render your selection like you always do but choose the debugmode frameserve avi instead. After selecting ok, and choosing where you want to save your file than leave it up and running. Now open the file you created in vdub and export an image sequence of .pngs. In my tests I have come to realize that you can not export tiffs using programs that claim to export tiffs from video files such as OSS Video Decompiler. When you frameserve from vegas, you can only output pictures that vegas will allow you to create. When I frameserve from vegas to a program (Such as OSS Video Decompiler) and export tiffs....it runs through the whole process as if it was actually creating them, but it does not. This is the reason for the use of .pngs - which are great because they are an uncompressed format (technically compressed, but lossless - they can be uncompressed with no loss). Creating the pngs in vdub is faster than using the image render script in vegas from vasst. That thing takes forever! Use V-dub to export an image sequence of pngs.

I have used this techniqe to create image sequences of my footage from Vegas and it works great.

Hope this helps,
Larry
