Need to merge videos from several DVD's on to one DVD

[Bluewater Events]

We have a few videos that reside on different DVD's. We want to export all of these DVD videos on to one DVD. The video will be looped for playback at an event we are running. We have a couple other .mov videos that we would like to add to the DVD as well. Any suggestions on the best way to get the files off of the the individual DVD's and on to one DVD for viewing purposes? We are behind the 8 ball right now.

I'll assume you have DVD authoring software (Studio Pro, Encore, etc), so all you need to do is demux the MPEG streams from the DVD VOB files and bring them into a new DVD project in a program like those.

I'm not sure what software covers this on OS X, but in Windows you can demux to M2V and AC3/PCM/MP2 right out of DVD Decryptor, among other programs.
