Need to identify my hardware for free

I just bought 512mb DDR-DIMM RAM (don't know which brand) real cheap from a friend, but I need to know whether or not the other RAM I have from before (2x 512MB Corsair). There is nothing written on the RAM itself. All of them are PC3200.

I know about Everest, but that ain't free and the trial version doesn't identify more than one of them. So, are there any free programs out there like Everest?

Try Belarc Advisor. It tells you everything you need to know about your PC and software.

Thanks guys, but it only tells me that the RAM is 512 on each. I need to know whether it is DDR2 or DDR-DIMM.
