Hi everyone,
I've never exported blu-rays before, but I'm experienced in exporting to DVD. This said I know, for example, that i must happily encode my source materiali (SD or HD) in CBR 8 if the clip is no longer than 50 minutes and I will stay in the 4,5 Gb limit and avoid old dvd readers stutter by not going above cbr 8 mbs.
Now
Now I am trying to export to blu-ray from Dvc-Pro hd (1440*1080). It is a 25 minutes documentary and I am using CS5.5
What bitrate should I use?
And, moreover, what to choose between Premiere's preset of 1920*1080 and 1440*1080 since my original material is Dvc-pro HD with a 1440*1080 resolution? When I export from dvcpro hd to youtube I always use 1920*1080, but if i use the Premiere "based on source" feature in the h264 blu-ray exporting dialogue window, it chooses 1440!
I am so confused...:embarasse:embarasse
