need this, but don't know what it's called

I picked up a new mic set for a documentary I'm working on, but I've got one problem. I got the Sennheiser evolution wireless set, which works great, and I got a table mic since most of the discussion takes place around the table.

However, the table mic is a condensor mic and the wireless plug-in transmitter for the evolution series doesn't power it. I ran it wired last night, but what is the thingy called that I would plug into the condensor inbetween it and the transmitter that would powe the condensor?

Sort of like this:

Condensor mic -> Power thingy -> Transmitter

Thanks!

Or you can upgrade your plug on to a 300 or 500 model (can't remember which) that does phantom power. This is one of the nastier things Sennheiser has done - they don't do a good job of explaining which model of plug on does what.
