Need some space in Orlando

Hey Orlando peoples! I'm moving out there on July 15th, and need some extra space. Currently living in a 4 bedroom house with a 2 car garage, moving into a 4 bedroom apartment in Altamonte Springs with no garage. So I'll need to rent someplace to not just store stuff (which would be easy enough), but also be able to do some wood working, shoot some music stuff, all the stuff I can't do in a self storage place. Any suggestions?
 
No sweat, a lot of places were getting my hopes up. Good location close by, great price... no electric, no bands allowed, or the price was almost the same as the apartment rent. Here in Palm Bay and Melbourne, I can find all sorts of places. But I can't seem to find anything except the standard storage places in Altamonte Springs.
 
I don't see why certain storage places won't let you do certain things there. Afterall, you are paying them and it is your unit. As long as the activity does not involve the construction of a nuclear reactor, I don't think they should have a problem with what is essentially not their business.
