Need some quick help!

Me again,

I am purchasing all of my DIY 35 Adapter parts today and have a problem.
Here is the extension tube set I'm looking at:

http://cgi.ebay.com/3-Ring-Macro-Ex...ryZ30059QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

They are Nikon F/Ai's but the site I'm looking at says: "Take care there are two different models on the market with two different inner diameters: 54 and 55mm. The one with 50mm threaded rings should have a 55mm interior."

I was wondering how to know which ground glass holder to buy, the 54 or 55? If I went ahead and bought the tubes and the 54 gg holder, would it really matter if the gg holder was too small? Or could anyone help me find Nikon tubes with a specific size?? Also, I was wondering if anyone knew what kind of step-down ring I need to get it to fit my 50mm Nikon lens because I also can't find how big the threads are on the tubes...I'm so stressed.

If you can't figure out the size of the tubes, could you point me in the right direction? Maybe an online store or another ebay auction.

I'm sorry, I'm just in a rush before the auction goes off.

Sorry for all of the questions! Thanks for your time!!!
