need some mic advice

hi, i'm new here, but i've been reading for a while

I will be shooting car shows and my models will be doing interviews of the people that are at the shows. Currently, I have a GL2 and I just got the DVX. I need to get some good on-camera shotguns, and I was looking at the me66 until I started reading how some of you don't like it. I also need to get a wireless system so the model can interview the people with a regular handheld mic. I was looking at the senn G2 system.

Any help ASAP is greatly appreciated as I probably need to do head down to B&H tomorrow to pick up what I need. Thanks in advance!!

i'll probably end up going with the me66, because the 4073a is out of stock @ b&h and i'm not sure if i'll be able to get it by next week.

Will the me66 be ok for large indoor shows where there might be a lot of ambient crowd noise?

much of the footage will be put to music but for somecases we'll want to record audio, as well as use the wireless system for interviews.

went down to b&h monday, and picked up a Sanken CS-1 since thisiswells highly recommended it. Also got a Audio-Technical AT897 for the GL2, and the Sennheiser G2 system.
