Need some help with skin...

To whom it may concern:

I am currently working on a short film, and one of the shots calls for a close-up of a neck w/ a needle hole from a syringe... It only needs to be one image that we will motion-track to show the camera movement etc.

The movie is about a professional killer, and i am good w/ photoshop, but not that good :undecided...

I would appreciate any input on maybe how to create this, "very close-up" shot of a female neck or if you had the spare time to have a go at it...

I'd appreciate any help I can get!
Thanks

:)

...If you are trying to show it as a track cross a photo, then I think you could pull it off by blending a photo of an actual scab/needle mark into the neck photo...

but if its an actual shot of the film, I wouldn't do it. It would be a tacky looking giveaway that its a photo. shoot with fx-makeup, or find someone with a bad mesquito bite, like me. I look like a freakin junkie with all my bites right now. haha.

this shot is going to go from a far away shot to a quick zoom w/ the camera, down to a blur, w/ an almost microscopic thing of skin w/ a needle hole..., so it's not like so far you can tell what it is if you just were shown the photo, it's going to be extremely close

CSI style... I still say go from a live shot and then into either a tracking photo or 3D render.
