Need some help with delivering Master to Distribution Company

We sold our latest film to Maverick Entertainment and they need a few things I know nothing about. They want the following:

1 HD SR Cam High Definition Master (1080/23.98)

Audio Config: Stereo Composite Mix (Left Channel and Right Channel)
MME Track (Left and Right Channel)

Or

13 DVD's and 2 DVD's with visible timecode. (and how would I add visible timecode to an existing QT file)

I don't know which one would be best to deliver or where to go to get an HDSR master or how much it would cost to get one?

And If I go the HDSR route how do I deliver the film to place that does the master?

They need this in 10 days (which we did not know until last night) and I have been googling all night, but I don't think I was asking the right questions. So I figured I would ask here.

Thanks in advance I really need some help on this one.

Go to a facility like Henniger in your area and get an estimate for the above deliverables. Seems like a pretty short list for deliverables - no 5.1? No subtitle track? No PAL? And why a copy with visible timecode? I believe what you are referring to for MME is actually M&E which stands for Music and Effects. These are the stems from your final sound mix for the stereo track (different ones for the 5.1) that are the Dialog, Music, and Effects. This way a foreign deal can replace dialog with dubbed version if needed. Talk to the person who did your sound post to get those. Make sure they are all BWF with matching timecode, track identifiers at the head, beeps, and tones, etc.

Richard,
unfortunately most first time (to sell to a distributor) producers don't figure enough money or time for deliverables. Technically all you can do now is throw MONEY at it. 10 days wow! M&E is a whole different mix and you have to do it in a different program. You can't do it in final cut pro or other NLPs. This all planned and worked out in programs like Logic, Soundtrack Pro, or ProTools. Sorry you're having to learn the lesson of deliverables this way. I would take MichaelP's advice and go to a facility be frank with them, but with your time schedule get ready to open your check book having seen some of your budgets in other threads you'll be paying double or triple some of the higher budgets to pull this off. Technically in 10 days if you don't deliver= breech of contract.

BUT...

I do see you have (or) in the thread I would take that route (if I'm reading right) 13 DVD's 2 DVD's with timecode. This is IS doable in 10 days. What are you editing on? In FCP you put the OT on a timeline double click on it and it puts it into the preview window the go to tools (I believe) scroll down to video then over to 'timcode' grab that tool drag it to the preview window and it puts timecode on your OT. render it and export it.

We're going through deliverables with our film trying to get as much done in advance our M&E mix is getting done. All our legal is good, art work done, trailers are getting cut (several). Production stills etc.
Good luck Rich keep us posted.
