Need some help here

My cousin shot a video for Spike tv and they just posted it on their site. How do I rip the flash embeded movie so that I can save it?

It's in your browser cache as a .flv

Which may or may not help you, if you don't have an FLV player. (Or don't know how to re-embed it in a "fake" webpage to play later.)

If you're on a Mac, get IShowU. It's not free, but it is much, much cheaper than SnapzPro. Works great.

I'm there are ways to convert it. I've never looked.

Probably free stuff on Sourceforge. (Again, never looked.)
