Need some exporting help from any premiere users

Hey i need some pretty urgent help from premiere users.

I need some export settings for exporting hidef footage into a manageable filesize. I'm editing a 3 minute video, and i'm hoping to get it to less than 50mb if at all possible. A problem i have is that i'm mixing HD and SD footage, and when i compress it direct from premiere the HD footage looks ok(but still bad) and the SD footage looks muddy and out of focus, even though they both look fine in the editor.

Any and all help would be really really appreciated!
 
As far as I know you can't get HD footage into a managable size and still retain HD resolution. Or do you want the final product to come out as SD? I would just use on of the wmv preset in Adobe Media Encoder.
 
You can figure it out if you set a constant bitrate, just do some math and do Lenth x bitrate in bit's / 8 = Size in KBytes
