need some american bandstand footage

[downsouth]

I need some footage of American Bandstand or "other" sockhop footage from the 50's-60's era for a music video Im shooting.

Local dances of that era would be ok too.

Does anyone have clips that I could use or do you know where I could download some. Google search could not find downloadable footage.

Thanks,
Jeff:violin:

hey downsouth,

if you find some video's online you can download this Flash Grabber and capture the clips yourself,

the only problem might be, not really the best video quality, remember it's a flash, which is compressed for web, so might not look great integrated into your video.

only other idea i have is to find some dvd content on band stand and grab some scenes from the raw dvd.

always remember to read copyright if your selling this video, hint hint

good luck
