Need screenplay for a paranormal movie based in SW Washington

Hi, I have a few ideas I would like in the screenplay, but I'm also a photographer and have a limited amount of time to write. I'll give more details to interested persons. There is a local cemetery near our house that has 200 unmarked graves. There is also a local author who wrote a book about this little known cemetery. I was planning on picking up a copy of the book and using it for background material and maybe character development.

I'm assuming you're talking about WA state? What part? I live there myself....
