Hey,
Alright, so here's a little back-story. I'm 21 years old and just recently finished my coursework for an Associates Degree. I've always been a good student but unfortunately the college I went to changed programs in the middle of my degree and I kinda got screwed. As a result, I had to substitute certain classes for ones that weren't available and now I'm waiting on my degree to process... I've already missed out on a semester because of that nonsense but I'm trying to get an early start on my Bachelors degree by moving early and finding a job for the school year. A former colleague/professor of mine sent me a link on Monster.com for a job posting in the same city I plan on going to school and it sounds very promising. The only problem is, they're looking for somebody with a degree and 2+ Years of professional experience. I have the 2+ years of experience but still no "official" degree. So in order to land this job I'm going to need a really nice resume to get my foot in the door.
I've always had good luck finding and keeping jobs; especially for someone my age, but the problem here is making it past the resume stage. I need to convince them that I'm a worthy candidate so they can look past my age and lack of degree.
Here's a copy of the posting...

I've attached a copy of my resume, and most of skills I've acquired since highschool line up perfectly with this position.
Any feedback would be awesome, I really want a job for the school year so I can keep student loans to a minimum and have a chance to apply what I'm learning at school.
