I have a guy that wants me to film a live concert. I assume I'd need release forms for people that end up on the footage (one of many reasons I would like to stage a concert shoot, not shoot a live/uncontrollable situation). Another buddy assures me we don't need release forms for this circumstance. Do you need release forms for live concert videos? It is a local indie music group playing at a bar/club.
