need printer recs on west coast-I hate mine

I hate the company I recently tried out. I sent them 2 jobs and both got screwed up. It pushed my marketing efforts back a whole week+ and I didn't even get an apology. They are hard to get on the phone and don't return emails. I am afraid they will charge ME for the re-shipping of their screw up.
 
So, now that the vent is over..
 
Please recommend a printer on the west coast who does the description below and works through "online" processing.  Freehand-MAC is a plus, but not necessary.
 
Postcard type flyers  ( good paper at least 100lb stock or 15 pt., full color)

I checked out vistaprint.com, but they only do 80lb card stock :-[

We have used them for our brochures and stuff. You can upload your own designs and do it the way you want. There may be others online also that can do what you want.
