Need ideas for a "Mockumentary"

For my video production class our task is to put together a "mockumentary" type video project. Based on a spoofed science class video called "Look Around you".

What I have access to is our school, school science labs, science equipment, and fellow students.

For equipment, I have a 7D in the mail, a lot of lighting.

We have to do a video with the same concept as this: Basicaly a comedy type of video.

Sorry man, I had a really hard time following directions in my science class, I blew the place up and spent a summer in juvenile hall, I'll reframe from giving advice here.

You could use the now well known element "Unobtanium", as the basis for your 'science', and create compounds and experiments depicting how Unobtanium is obtained or used.

As a note, James Cameron does not have a copyright/trademark on the word...
