Need HUGE last Minute help!

Ok,
less on Final Cut Pro but on its companion, DVD Studio Pro 4.0,
I need to burn a project to a DLT.
Can you please help me do this.
I am going to go buy / rent a tape drive today since none of the local post production shops can do this project onto a DLT from DVD Studio,
But here are my questions:

When burning to DLT, does it put the information on the DLT in larger versions of "Audio_TS" and "Video_TS" folders?

How do you setup DVD Studio to burn a project onto a DLT?
I dont see a simple DLT selection or a toggle button or anything.

email, call, post, whatever.
ANY help here would be incredibly incredible and would not go unforgotten.

Much Love.

In DVDSP you simply do a Build to DLT it will do the rest. It does not go into Video and Audio TS structure exactly- but a specific format that replicators use. You do not need to go to DLT unless you are using Macrovision and CSS- both of which need to be licensed first if you are using them. Otherwise, most replicators for example Discmakers can replicate from DVD-R masters.

I don't have DVDSP in front of me... but choose "advanced burn", then "build and format", then on the bottom of the resulting window, there will be an output selector, which defaults to your DVD burner. Bull that down, select a hard drive, and you should be able to selct DLT somewhere around there.

The client i am doing this for is production 50,000 copies,
so they need DLT.
another question:
Can I build a DLT format (like DDP2.0, or 2.1, or CMF) to a harddrive,
and them mail a replicator a Harddrive?
I am working on all options but i am so last minute right now,
and getting a DLT Drive in time sounds unlikely.

ALSO,
how do i get a SCSI tape drive to work on my mac?

thanks to EVERYONE who is trying to help me out here!

It's up to the duplicator, but usually you can. If I were you, I'd just call the manufacturing facility directly, and ask them what's easiest.... they might indeed take a DVD master, they will likely take DLT format on a DVD or hard drive, etc. It sounds like you're talking to your client, whoe's talking to the manufacturer, and that can lead to a little extra confusion...

This is exactly my case.
I am mailing them another master trial, along with the DLT formatting on two DVDs.
Hopefully something works. Its pretty nutty, for sure.
Anyone know anything about how to fix VOBU coding not being online with sectors?
thats a new one to me.

OPEN EXTENSION: TO anyone with a DLT machine hooked up to your apple, containing dvd studio 4.0,
I am willing to PAY to convert this project onto DLT Tape.
I can overnight a harddrive, with a DLT Tape,
and a check.
Please,
if you can pull this off,
