Need help!

Okay I've been doing a little editing here and there. But when I render and put my footage on the website it be kinda in a box. Like on youtube my video for some reason doesn't fit the whole screen. If anybody know what this problem is and can help me out I really need it. www.youtube.com/outdaframefilmz or www.vimeo.com/starvingartists and let me know what it is I need to do to make it fit? if resize it how I have sony vegas pro 8
 
Okay, what I do is just go to the event pan/crop button on the video and changed it to 16x9 widescreen! Okay what if I don't want it to be widescreen how can I still get the 16x9 and have it cover the whole screen

You need to adjust your project settings to widescreen in order to not get the letterbox bars. You then also need to render out to a widescreen resolution. That should eliminate the black bars.
