Need Help with Pixelation Problem please!

I made some cool title effects in after effects, rendered it and dropped it in to my fcp 6 timeline and it looks really pixelated. In After Effects it looks crisp and as a .mov file it looks crisp but the minute it goes into the fcp timeline its fuzzy and pixelated. Can anyone tell me what to do?

what compression did you use?

use none (uncompressed), animation, or png - these are lossless

Also, does it look pixelated during playback in FCP?

yes it looks pixelated during playback in fcp... I'm relativley new to learning after effects so i just used the default render..How do I check or change the compression to see what I'm using?
