need help with orthoProsthesis

Hi Guys, as some of you know, I was hurt pretty bad almost 2 years ago, it left me unable to walk on my own, and in constant pain. anyway, I've come up with a design that I believe would allow me to walk, and have my hands free, as well as possibly reduce some of the pain, and possibly aid in my healing. I have a couple of friends helping me out a little one is a fashion designed, she'll help me sew the straps, and other fabric/leather/velcro/buckle portions of the rig, the other is an illustrator who is helping me with concept designs.

but I'm in need of other assistance, and parts for the rig, in its current design I'm in need of two gears, 1/2 to 3/4s in thick, that are about 3 to 4 inches OD, with bearings in the center, the number of teeth doesn't matter as long as they are not to long, and are both ths same gear.

I also need 2 bearing rod ends, female,

2 steel ball joints smaller the better, however they need to be able to hold 300+ pounds.

any spare carbon fiber cloth and resin you might have.

various steel or aluminum tube/rods, and other scrap metals you might have,

as well as someone with a welder and some welding skills.

also possibly someone with a metal lathe or a CNC machine.

I live in San Francisco, but if you can help me with the welding and or the metal fab, I could drive as far as LA.

I know its odd to have someone scavenging for parts on here, but I'm hoping some of you might have some of these things taking up space in a parts bin with you not sure what to do with them.

the design will take a large portion of my weight and bipass my lumbar hips, and left leg, as well as abduct my hip, and place my lumbar in traction, while spreading my lumbar vertebrae, as well as alowing me to carry items in a back pack without adding the weight to my back.

I can't pay cash for anything but I do have a few lights, stands and a couple other items left from my film package I can trade.

Thank you
Jason Miller
