Need help with Flash intro/ loader

[Capt Quirk]

Ok, I shot and cut a piece for an intro page to my site, and exported it as a Flv. Now what? I've tried finding a freebie tool to make the Flv work, but so far no luck. So, I'm either looking for suggestions, or even somebody that can do the intro and loader for a reasonable amount.

Seriously, anybody? Just need to make a Flv work and a load bar. I would prefer a fancy load bar, but will take anything that works.
