Need help with end credits

Hey everyone, I have a film I'm finishing post for and I need some advice with the end credits. I'd like to have them rolling instead of showing as many credits I can in one frame then going to the next. Since I have a deadline for July 15th and much more work to do, I figured I'd try to find some advice/tips on here instead of just trying it out. Are there any easy/time saving ways to make rolling credits, or do I just do each frame of credits and roll it up out of frame to make room for the next frame? Is this something to be done in after effects?

Here's how I do it: Type it all up in Word, format it, spell check etc. Then paste them ALL into the titler and size it so the width is right. the titler has an option to roll the titles. there are also options for start off screen and pre roll and post roll. Makes life a breeze.

In Pro2 I personally like to create 2 tall text boxes side by side. Perfectly in the center. On the left for example are characters and on the right are the cast. The character list is aligned to the right margin, and the cast lest if aligned to the left margin. This way the fomatting comes out nicely and you get a nice continuous line down the middle dividing character/role and cast/crew.
