Need Help with Bleeding Palm

Four ways to do this if you ask me.
One: CGI. Greenscreen the visual action of the blood and then comp it over the video of the hand.
Two: create a latex bladder with a tube and pump. Your shot would have to be tight so you don't see the tube going to the hand. This may cause problems for you though. You're going to need a pretty small tube as to not alter the skin surface of your subject too much so it looks fake.
Three: Use chromakey paint and paint the subjects hand (including latex bladder area) green and use it for a reference. I think this may be your best bet. You'll get exactly the visuals you'll need.
Four: Drill a hole through your subjects hand and feed a tube up through it. This is guerilla film at it's best.
