"Need help setting up a glide cam pro"

Anyone care to share their thoughts on this subject? My friend Rikki and I recently built an inexpensive steady cam rig that will use his alreaady purchased Glide Cam Pro as the sled. We really want to get the glide cam dialed in first so that when used in conjustion with our homebuilt rig we have a good starting point to get the rig working properly. We both own DVX 100's. For starters here are some of questions we have are ...

1. Can anyone tell us the amount of weight used on their Glide cam when used with a DVX 100?

2. Where were the weights placed on the sled? Close to the center or out near the ends?

3. Do you have any photos of your Glide cam setup you care to share with us.

Ok aside from my association problem as you call it, I posted this topic because I would like to know how to set up a glide cam for me, not to get lumped into a discussion about because he's your friend, who made a few questionable comments that were not helping you either.
