Need help! Rendering Bug, Bizarre green line

For some reason, a lot of my shots have gotten a thin green line at the very top of the screen. It's as if the top row of pixels have just turned green. I am pretty sure this is linked to rendering somehow, since before I added effects (flopping b/c of 35mm adapter, color correction), I don't remember this weird line appearing.

At first I thought it was just a problem with my monitor since I didn't see it on the computer's FCP display. However, it was definitely visible on a test DVD I burned today. What should I do? How can I get rid of this weird bug? What causes it?

P.S.: No, I am not talking about the render indicator line. This green line is a bug appearing in the movie's actual visuals.

Take a screenshot and post it- there's a few possibilities. Shift-Apple-3 to screenshot your desktop.

These were taken from the test DVD. I'm pretty sure the green line was in the FCP sequence too, it just wasn't as noticeable because the screen was smaller and there was no black bar to compare against (again, while editing, I could see it on my external monitor and figured it was just a bug between the computer and the monitor). The line isn't in every shot, but in many of them. The movie is in 16:9, so I can't rely on TV safe cutting it out.

Seen anything like this before?
