need help please

My FCP 5 had been working fine. I upgraded by mistake and now cannot get it to work. It goes through the whole start up process. At the end when it is suppose to show the viewer and the FInal Cut Pro graphics. It simply dissapears and does not boot. Can someone help me please.

you will need to give more info, like what you upgraded to exactly, your OS version, etc. etc.

You could also try calling Apple support, but they will need this info as well.
