Need help picking a monitor

Hey guys,

I was wondering if you could help me out. I'm in the market for a new monitor. Up until now I've been using a Lilliput 7" monitor. It's quality is disappointing at best. Now that I'm starting to work more and more and now that I'm entertaining the thought of pursuing this as an actual career, it's time to upgrade. I was hoping you guys could point me in the direction of a monitor that will suit my needs

What I'm looking for
1) Can do False Color/Zebras
2) Can do peaking
3) HDMI capable, if it has sdi in addition, even better
3) 5"-8" in size (I've only worked on 7" monitors in the past so that's my comfort zone)
4) Has accurate color/exposure. In the sense that I can look at the monitor and feel comfortable that's exactly what my camera is recording. That just isn't possible with my current lilliput. All that piece of crap is good for is focus pulling
5) Excellent resolution. My preference is HD capable (720). My willing to forego if necessary

My budget is about ~$800. I would **prefer** to spend as little as I need to. Anything I manage to save goes back into the Sony F3 fund. I'm currently using a Canon 5D. So if the monitor is capable of stretching the picture to fit and can overcome the signal drop the 5D encounters all the much better.

From my limited knowledge of prosumer monitors, I'm probably looking at smallHD and Marshall. But could use help picking a specific model. Additionally, I'm sure there are other brands I'm not aware of. I would love to hear your personal suggestions/thoughts/reviews etc. Like my tripod, I want this purchase to last me a while independent of the camera's I'll inevitably cycle through.

For that price range I's stick with SmallHD or Marshal. I have the TV Logic but it's a bit more expensive. I have never tried the Ruige brand but they seem to making some inroads. http://ruigemonitor.com/
Finally there is also the Sony 5" LCD too.

What would the Marshal equivalent of the smallhd DP6 be?

I'm feeling uneasy about going from 7" to 5.6" which is one of the negative aspects for me about the DP6.

Also, do any of you know if the dp6 has false color (to check exposure levels)? I couldn't find out definitively on their site, but that may just be because I'm sleep deprived.
