Need help mounting a monitor on the HVX or fig rig.

I have a bogen 155 double ball joint head for mounting a monitor on the fig-rig but it is not a great solution. It keeps coming loose and I can't keep it tight no matter what I do. Some one here had mentioned a single ball mount that screwed into the thread on the handle of the HVX and I can't find it. Anyone here know the make and model number for this unit or have any suggestions/links to one?

I got an Israeli Arm from Film Tools in Burbank for my monitor and it works great. I'm not sure if it is what you're looking for when you refer to single ball mount but if the israeli Arm isn't it then they seem pretty knowledgable and may be able to help you get what you want. http://filmtools.com/ I mount mine in the screw hole on the top rear of the HVX handle.
