Need help lighting certain faces

I'd be interested to know how you light certain faces such as,

Bald head, double chin, wide face, the overweight, the underweight, broad forehead, long necks, short necks, large ears, pug noses, thin face, wide mouth, etc...

Bald head - very close soft key light source to eliminate specular highlights, same with Glasses.

Over weight / Double Chin - Bring your key light source down and your camera up slightly to reduce shadows under the chin. Also the talent looks up which reduces the doubleness.

As for the necks and foreheads - you can experiment with flaging part of the key light off of those 'offending' areas. Shadows can accentuate or hide. It is all about the shadows.

Also with bald heads, be sure to barndoor your rim light so you don't light the back of his head. Some people find this unflattering.
