Need Help Finishing my Rig

Okay... currently I have an HVX, two 8GB P2 cards, a Redrock M2, Redrock Follow Focus, five Panasonic batteries, and a 50mm Nikon lens.

Here's my dilemna...

My computer's logic board just got fried and now I'm getting reaaaall short on cash. Unfortunately, I still need to purchase a few things to make this all work properly.

Here's what's still on my list:

TRIPOD
MARSHALL LCD with Panasonic Battery Modification
NOGA ARM
CABLES

I'm probably going to have to cut the cost of the tripod to afford everything. I was originally going to buy a Cartoni Focus but because of my computer problem, I can't afford spending over a grand on a tripod now. I know the Cartoni Focus is worth it, but I'm already in debt and simply can't stretch it any further. Maybe later down the road. For now, I need to find something that will work for around 800 bucks.

Any suggestions for $800 tripods?
Also, am I forgetting anything that's absolutely necessary to make this thing work?

You probably want to add audio gear to your shopping list. Wireless mics. Shotgun. Boom pole. Mixer.

I've got audio, lights, and post production covered.

I'm looking to complete my rig on the camera end.

I got the Bogen 516 fluid head, I like it and it can handle the weight of the HVX with m2 etc..

Yeah, I agree for under a grand....Bogen 516, You might want to think about getting the 100mm bowl though....great if you want to put a jib on it.
