Need help finding right lightingpackage solution!

I am currently considering looking into LED lights and build up a package that is versatile. There is so much out there and I dont know where to start, so I hope there is some knowledgeable people out there who can help me!

I would like to know if there are any good LED fresnels with decent CRI for a decent price out there? I am on a budget.

Any other variations of LED lights I should be aware of?
 
What will you mostly be doing ?
Indoor, outdoor ? Both ?
Versatility, like also able to run on batteries ?
What does your budget look like ?
Tons of stuff out there . led fresnels with high CRI are not cheap. If the price is low, so is the quality and durability.
How much light output are you looking for ? 500W,750W, 1K, 2 K etc.?
Other types of led fixtures are the obvious panel designs and the newer but super expensive remote phosphor ones that use blue leds to power up the yellow phosphor for super high CRI rating.
Help us narrow down your needs, and we will surely suggest something for you.
